who can rehome a rescue pet?
Anyone can adopt a rescue animal through us, what is key, is pairing you and your family with the correct animal, which will be based on their and your requirements.

Please keep in mind that some of our pets may still require assistance with toilet training and learning to be left alone.
These criteria will be taken into account when attempting to find someone or a family who has the time for this.
Some dogs may not be used to living with youngsters, therefore we would not rehome them to a young family in this case.

In some cases, the cats in our care are still getting used to human company and may need someone who will be patient with them. Others may need to be kept indoors – this may mean that they’d be ideal for a family with no outside space.
what happens next?
Once you and your pet have found each other, the rescue centre will help you get ready to welcome them into your family. This will be arranged by the rescue centre for one of their adoption staff or volunteers to call you.
They will review your pet’s individual needs and recommend any changes to your home, garden, or lifestyle that may be required to assist you and your rescue pet settle into a safe, secure, and happy life together.
Bringing a new pet into your house will be thrilling, gratifying, and at times difficult.
It may take some time for your new pet to adjust to life with you, but don’t worry, if you do run into some difficulties with your new pet, you’re not alone – the rescue centre will be there to help.
