Arlo has been a well loved dog. Due to unforseen circumstances, he is looking for a new home through SSR.
ABOUT ARLO
Hi, I’m Arlo!
I’ve been deaf since birth and I do know sign language, so please don’t let this put you off!
I love meeting new people and having lots of fuss and attention!
I don’t have any issues being left although I do like to be around people!
At night I am used to sleeping in my owners bed however I do have my own bed too if that is preferred.
I have lived with children previously however a quieter household suits me better.
I won’t go walking in the rain just to let you know!
I can be a little unsettled initially when travelling but I do calm down after a short period of time.
I am more of a grazer with food so don’t panic if I don’t eat all my food at once!
I am quite strong on the lead and I would love to find an experienced dog owner who is confident in managing a deaf dog.
I have anxieties when being out on walks which will be discussed with the right applicants, I am looking for a home who is willing to work with the rescue and the behaviourist.
MY TEMPERAMENT WITH OTHER DOGS
Under further assessments. I have been said to ignore other dogs.
